Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days depending on your city and courier service.

  • Remote areas may take extra time.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.


4. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message or call.

  • Orders without confirmation may be cancelled automatically.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in all Pakistan.

  • Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.


6. Delivery Delays

We try our best to deliver on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Public holidays or unexpected situations


7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • If the address or phone number provided is incorrect, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, contact us within 24 hours with proof (picture/video) so we can assist you.


9. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we may provide a tracking number (if available from courier).
